Small Series Hydraulic Breakers

KF 1, KF 2 and KF 3

These lightweight breakers are designed for use in tight work envelopes, sidewalk, driveway removal or any light demolition task. KF 1 and KF 2 are available for use on mini-excavators and compact utility loaders and the KF 3 can be mounted to mini-excavators, compact utility loaders and many skid-steer loaders. The KF 3 is also available in the popular Qt version for use in city environments where excessive noise levels are a consideration.

KF 4 and KF 5

The KF 4 and KF 5 are available in four mounting configurations enabling them to be easily attached to mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders and rubber-tired backhoes. Because of the versatility of these hammers, they are ideal for site preparation, road repair or driveway and sidewalk removal. Advanced engineering keeps maintenance to a minimum with longer thrust bushings for greater piston alignment during impact. The front head wall thickness has also been increased to improve service life. Additonal two-position mounting bracket for skid-steer applications is also available for greater alignment flexibility and improved production.

All Small F Series Breakers incorporate a large diameter piston increasing impact energy by 20 to 30% over previous models. These hammers do not require back head charging and all employ a through bolt design with large reverse taper “CD” threads for greater surface contact and added strength.

TLB Version: Breakers assembled with full-length side plates for direct mounting to mini-excavators and small rubber tire backhoes, not utilizing quick couplers.

SS Version: Breakers assembled in a one-piece bracket incorporating a universal quick-attach feature expressly for skid-steer application. No flexibility in carriers utilized.

FSP Version: Breakers assembled in side plates that require a bolt-on top cap or universal quick-attach bracket for carrier mounting. Allows flexibility of utilization between mini-excavators, rubber tire backhoes and skid-steers.

Qt Version: Breakers totally encased in a protective, welded 'box' designed to reduce noise levels that require a bolt-on top cap or universal quick-attach bracket for carrier mounting. Allows flexibility of utilization between mini-excavators, rubber tire backhoes and skid-steers.

FB Version: Breakers assembled with straight side plates for use on mini excavators or compact loader applications.
