TLB Version:
Breakers assembled with full-length side plates for direct mounting to mini-excavators and small rubber tire backhoes, not utilizing quick couplers.
HD Version (12 Only): - Breakers assembled with full length heavy-duty side plates for direct mounting to select pedestal systems and carriers not utilizing quick-couplers.
Qt Version:
Breakers totally encased in a protective, welded 'box' designed to reduce noise levels that require a bolt-on top cap or universal quick-attach bracket for carrier mounting. Allows flexibility of utilization between mini-excavators, rubber tire backhoes and skid-steers.
KF 12: Medium Series Hydraulic Breaker

- Increase in back head pressure and larger diameter piston results in 25% greater impact energy
- Longer thrust bushing improves piston alignment during impact and incorporates grease holes to evenly distribute grease in the front head
- CD designed side bolt threads provide even load distribution and greater surface contact between the nut and bolt reducing the chances of thru-bolt failure
- Increased front head wall thickness for added service life

Kent models KF6TLB, KF9TLB, and KF12TLB include our unique SwitchHitch™ mounting system. An indexing disc inserted into the side plate can be easily adjusted to accommodate pin grabber type quick couplers for many popular backhoes. Attachment is a simple as rotating the disc to the OEM center-to-center distance, and then using a set of pins and spacer bushings to exactly match the manufacturer's configuration. There is no need for separate OEM specific mounting brackets which makes Kent's SwitchHitch™ system ideal when you need to be sure your hammer can fit a wide variety of backhoes. The TLB mounting plates are offset to increase the "tuck" for better road transport, and safer loading and unloading of the equipment.
